Personal Knowledge Management

KnowledgeBoard organized an event with Steve Barth around personal knowledge management.

What I find most interesting in the presentation of Steve Barth is :
 – every knowledge worker is personally responsible for what he or she knows does not know
 – the reality of implicit knowledge (next to explicit and tacit) this is the social knowledge of culture and context which exists in a community

 – and finally : knowledge workers should be managed as volunteers to maintain their loyalty 😉

There is much more in it (will put it on top of my reading stuff and have a second look at it), so have a look at it yourself !
