My oldest daughter is currently learning to master the art of bicycle riding.
This weekend my wife (who is more patient than I am) was helping her.
The example of bicycle riding is frequently used among KM professionals
to illustrate the short comings of detailed best practice manuals
to transfer tacit knowledge.
Only now that you can experience it in real live, you really believe it.
A good story that I can use now as a personal experience.
A quote of D. Snowden : "We know more than we can tell,
and we can tell more than we can write down."
